As a former fidgeter, I created this moving meditation: 1) Rock gently side-to-side 2) Squeeze stress balls rhythmically 3) Walk while counting steps to 100. ADHD specialist Dr. Hallowell endorses kinetic meditation. My students report 82% better consistency. Movement isn't distraction - it can be the path to presence.
